In fact, don't even bother to use them (unless Screwfix has sorted them in the meantime).
I opened the packet and found 8 screws included (the product only requires 6). The first screw went in 3/4 before the head started to chew up. The second screw went in without a problem. The third screw went in then the head snapped. I went to get a fourth screw but there were two with no heads, two with vitrually no heads (there isn't a screwdriver on earth that could fit in the shallow gap) and one with a malformed head which would have snapped if used.
Not impressed Screwfix - you need to sort these issues with cheap screws supplied with products.
The bolt itself seems reasonable but I'm now left with a job with two screws that look ok, one screw with a half snapped head and three screws from my emergency screw box !"
"The actual lock itself seems OK, cheap and cheerful as the other chap said. However the screws provided are horrific. Two of them the heads came clean off when tightening which considering guide holes were drilled is absolutely appalling. Not worth the risk/frustration even at the price. It's very disappointing that Screwfix stock this item considering it's extremely low build quality.
I can assure you, that will be the only time you see the word quality and this item in the same sentence."
