"To produce shiny neat soldered joints, buy something (anything) else. This is awful. Tried to use this to connect miniature switches with 7/0.2 stranded wire using a 40w iron. It made a poor dull and lumpy job tinning the wires and hard work making a joint. Gave up and used another product. Melting point is 430 f, not centigrade as advertised which equates to about 215 - 220 I think so it should be ok, but it isn't."
