Strongly abrasive - tool steel

" A rather dry bar rather than a paste, so getting it into use with a polishing mop might be tricky. Fortunately, I was using it with oil for backlapping a cylinder mower blades and it did a fantastic job of evening them up, wiping out dinks, pits and rust. Considering that they are very hard tool steel, it cut relatively quickly. More cost-effective than paying to have the cylinder reground. "
