"Has two straps, top is clip on, bottom is velcrow. The nickel coated steel fittings which the strap hook, clips on to, is a good ideal, unlike the hardend rubber on similer products, tends to shear off. So far so good."
"these were bought for our furniture technician who often needed to be on his knees inspecting and repairing furniture and had suffered badly with his knees but not with these on as the were comfortable throughout the jobs. easy to put on and take off and were fully adjustable spot on price too."
"I was laying laminate flooring and needed knee pads like yesterday!
I looked at the choices and went for these gel based pads. The gel is amazing and so comfortable for your knees.
I am 6ft tall and well built, these pads are just about the right size for me but a shorter thinner person might find them too large.
The only criticisms I would make is that the top straps do start to "cut" into the back of your thigh (adjustable top straps would be better, bottom straps are adjustable and fine). Also they do start to move about even with the strapping but I think that was down to my jeans more than the pads! Only minor issues thought compared to not having them at all."
"Ihave just purchased these as i am getting to old for this kneeling down stuff and first day the top anchor point has fell off.I may just have a bad pair and maybe should try another pair as they are comfortable. The only problem i found with them other than they are falling appart is they make your legs sweat and then you get all ichey. You just cant win in this game can you."
"These are ok for occasional wear They have a good hard wearing front and nice to slam yourself down on. Thought I'd give these ago after my faves just fell apart and could not find the same anywhere. BUT... If your some one like myself who needs them on most of the day and kneeling in wet sand/cement they hurt behind the knee, it's a relief to get them off, I've even weighed up "shall I have cement burns today or sore backs" so the search continues... Loose they fall down, tighter they hurt, tighter they hurt more. Just slightly better than the old leather ones with the buckles. If your a professional and regular user leave these alone."
"the first pair i had lasted two weeks then the stud parted from the pad that held on the strap. had them replaced and they lasted three weeks before it hapened again. poor quality. wasted money. did not even bother to ask for them to be replaced this time. as a landscaper i need good pads and i have yet to find them from screwfix"
