"Run over 600 staples through this fixing chicken wire to a light pine frame with no major issues or jams so far. You do have to apply pressure to get staples to go all the way in but this is because the sprung bar acts as a depth stop and you need to push hard to bottom out against the work. It is also important to buy from the correct staple family as a slight mis-size may lead to jams. Only problem was once I'd used the ones supplied, Screwfix didn't stock the length I wanted (which was supplied with the tool) so I had to go elsewhere (you need Tacwise 53 series as per manual). For the price - unbelievably good! 4* for reliability so far as it's so new - time will tell"
"I bought this for a specific project, building model railway baseboards for Christmas, using 6mm ply. The first one worked for a couple of weeks, and I put about 500 nails and 300 staples through it before it died! Screwfix were very helpful, and I got an instant replacement. The new one is working very well. It is limited to 15mm nails or staples, but for my purposes it is ideal. For a tool which I will be using for 3 months a year it is adequate, fine for "DIY" use, though I doubt it would be 'man enough' for professional use. I have recommended it to other railway modellers and know of 3 other satisfied customers!"
"Bought this Stapler and much to my surprise it is excellent value for the price I paid ,also has 2yr Guarentee II used it as soon as I got it home ,did an excellent job going through board filling and cloth to make pelmets ,,also tried it out using the nails. Again brilliant job, have already recommended. Item to my friends and family ,"
"i purchased this titan stapler for diy jobs around the house I was so impressed with its ease of use I was looking around the house for other uses so I could have the pleasure of using this easy to use tool I will never go back to a manual stapler again"
"works fine with correct staples 23 type not sold at screw fix. only problem stopped working after 10 days use for 2 hours a day, exchanged no problem but not shown in stock at any store locally now ??."
"Used to lay hardboard and stairs carpet, did the job great and saved loads of time. It can sometimes stop firing so just check that nothing has got jammed and add a little more pressure and it will work fine. Would also suggest getting a few more brad nails while you are there as you don't get some many. Can't wait for my next project so I can use it again"
"Bought this to quickly nail down some 3mm hardboard prior to laying a carpet. Made the job very easy and saved loads of time. Would definitely recommend for small DIY jobs although not sure how it would stand up to heavier jobs. Definitely value for money did exactly what I needed it to do."
"I bought this for a quick solution for nailing scotia bead around a new laminate floor install. It done the job well and fast but the nail didn't quite make it all the way in even on the highest power setting so had to go around with a nail punch. Also some corners had to be nailed by hand as they were inaccessible due to the physical size of the machine and the position of where the nails were fired. It still definitely made the task quicker regardless of the little niggles."
"used it for tacking up spaceblanket loft insulation, perfect and cost effective for staples! The brad nail capabilities are pathetic though (15mm), do not buy it if you are thinking of a nail gun, it is just a stapler!"
"Works well. I used it to attach stripwood to a mantelpiece I was building. It did exactly what I wanted, although the magazine doesn't hold a full strip of 100 nails, which is annoying, as you have to break each strip down to fit, and then fit the small excess bits later."
